The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help out. 🌟 Plus, the location is so convenient, just a minute away from the old town in a really picturesque spot.

Secure area, absolutely perfect location, not far from the two main shopping streets, the main central area, and the centre of the city. Steps away from Smedenpoort and other tourist attractions. Nicely decorated and trendy room available with a/c and large bathroom, as for instance😀👍

The hotel is fairly clean. The employees at the reception desk are knowledgeable and efficient. The location outside of the historic city center is stunning and great for exploring Bruges. The room has nice beds, a high ceiling, and a couch.

The room we requested was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a bathtub, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options even for vegetarians.

The hotel's location was marvellous, to the main tourist areas with a shopping street and a Christmas market within walking distance. My a twin room was trendy, tidy.

The stay was great our room was too small to put a cot in there for my daughter who is 3 so the owner upgraded us to a suite which was so nice of her. Even after check out you are allowed to keep your car parked for the day which is great if you still want to do some sight seeing. The breakfast was good the dinning was was pretty. The location is great as well not to far from the main attractions she also gives you a map of everything which was so helpful. We got the room even tho we only live an hour away we need a little get away so we could relax away from home and this hotel was perfect for what we wanted.

The only thing I did not like was there was ants but hey I have the same problem in my house. Everything else was perfedct

The location of the hotel was central, really close to the centre, train/metro, and the historical center. Bakery Bakkerij Babylon located 1 km away was a nice surprise. My room was brand-new with modern decor, comfortable bed. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available there.

    staff were superb

No tea/coffee in room..... shame. It is available at the veranda but only when reception staff are on, so limited I would recommend this hotel but warn warn about lack of tea/ coffee. however because of this we would not stay again. Its within a decent walk of both station and city center is a bonus. We liked it a lot. Everything else was great but spoiled an other wise superb experience, nice clean, warm, safe no problem hassle free stay but for us not being able to make a hot rink on our return to our room on an evening was an issue but could live with it for one night but not two. This would stop others we know staying here too. Wi fi if you want nice, uncooked simple breakfast.

The setting was stunning, right by the center of Brugge, train station and center and the centre and all historical buildings. The breakfast had plenty of options, including breads, cereals, pastries, fruit and cheese. The staff were WONDERFUL and amazing in case of questions.

This place is conveniently located near the city center, and the staff is really friendly; our room came with coffee, a storage space, and a comfortable couch.

The hotel was very friendly and the location was perfect. We found it with little difficulty and parking in the compound next to the hotel is very convenient. From the hotel you can walk to the main square and restaurants, shops and tourist attractions are all nearby. A great relaxing holiday - for a couple or a family.

Be good to get WiFi directly in the room - to get WiFi we needed to leave our room to be in a public space.
